Refund policy

We’re committed to ensuring you love your purchase! If you need to return an item, here’s how our easy return process works:

1. Return Period: o Items to be returned within 14 days of receiving your order.
2.  Item Condition: o Please return items in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, and in the original packaging.
3.  Documentation Needed: o For a smooth return process, include your order number and proof of purchase with your return. 
4.  Refunds: o Once we receive and review your return, we’ll process a refund/replacement.
5.  Shipping Costs: o Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part. 

To start a return, contact us at info@bambinocollection.com.au Once accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. All returns need to be requested through us first, if items are sent back to us without a request of return they will not be accepted.
